] |
There is no such thing as Unconditional Love
All love is conditional
If anyone says they love you
It's only because they are loved in return by you
No one can love you without getting something in return
If anyone says they love you unconditionally
That's a lie - don't believe that person
As there is no such thing as unconditional love
If anyone says they love you without wanting love in return
They don't know what they are saying
The only person who can love unconditionally is God
And there is no human being alive to even come close to that
As no matter what people say - they expect something in return
Maybe some love, or then certain behavior or something else
Parents say the love their kids
And for all the love they show on kids, they expect the kids to love and care for them when they are old
No parent would love or care for their kids if they knew that their kids would not care for them.
And when kids do turn out not caring or not compassionate when grown up
Parents compare it with - how they cared for the kids when they were small
So this love is definitely not unconditional or else no comparison would be made.
Marriage - in marriage too the love is conditional
We love our partner only cause we expect our partner to love us
This love is also not unconditional - as if we come to know of something bad about our partner
Maybe from the past - that love disappears in thin air - just like that
We may continue to love our partner and stay with them
But not everything is forgotten
This is so conditional
Sibling love - is the most complex of conditional love
This love exist only till we are in close proximity with our siblings
We love are siblings cause we are told to do so
Which does not carry on over the years
Then we wonder what happen to all those years we spent with our siblings
How come the love turned to hate when they moved away
Love is only conditional
We love to be loved in return
If we are not loved in return - we cease to love
Then we wonder why we don't get a sense of peace from our relationships
Be it our parents, our spouse, our kids, our friends, or anyone
That's because all love is conditional
We all expect something out of our Love for the other
We only find peace and satisfaction in our love relationship with God
Cause His love is UNCONDITIONAL
He does not expect anything from us - so we find peace loving him.

When i think of you, I CRY......
It's been so late that i realised,
How you felt for me and how much you cared.
But, I just put you off and today your not there.
I miss you dad, I miss you a lot,
All those small gestures of love that mean so much.
How i wish you were still around,
How i wish you were still there,
So that i could show you my appreciation,
For your love and care

| [ Life............that's all ] |
One day in Life we realize that things change
People change, especially the ones so close to us
Situations change, we feel the whole world has changed.
Everything changes but you
But that's where we go wrong
If things change, people and situations change
Change is good……. Change is always good
But what causes the problem is that WE refuse to change
And adapt to the new change, the new situation
And that's what causes us pain.
Life also teaches us to let go of such people or situations
Who do not adapt to change
And then we wonder why we got left out
Life is a circle of change
What you give is what you get
If you want love – first learn to love
If you want to be cared – first learn to care
Don't expect something that you don't give
You'd NEVER get it

I ask GOD everyday
To love you & you alone
I think this ought to be
Nothing but TRUE LOVE
TRUE LOVE i know it is
It can't be fake for deep within
I have a feeling so pure, so true

It's a new day and each day I do nothing new
but dream about you..
I love the sound of your sweet voice
And that look in your eyes when you say that you love me
Your laughter and your tears - it gives me the shivers.
How sweet it would be - if only you could be with me.
